Dr. Hamlett-Nunes synthesizes the findings from session one — including all assessment results — and walks you through an integrated interpretation of your leadership picture. This is not a report-out. It is a clinician-guided conversation that translates evidence into insight and insight into the precise areas where development will produce the greatest return.

Strategic Priority Mapping & Advancement Session

The final session turns intelligence into strategy. Using the full diagnostic picture, this session focuses on three things: mapping and sequencing your strategic priorities, identifying the conditions your leadership requires to operate at full capacity, and charting a clear path forward — whether within your current role, toward a new one, or into a deeper engagement with the SLI methodology.
