Five bi-weekly coaching sessions, each 60–75 minutes, structured around the domains and priorities surfaced by the Diagnostic. This is not a generic coaching rhythm — every session is calibrated to the intelligence picture built from your lived experience. Between sessions, you have asynchronous advisory access for the decisions that cannot wait and the dynamics that need thinking through in the moment they arise.
