An intensive, system-informed engagement designed for presidents and senior cabinet leaders navigating complex institutional transitions, elevated performance demands, or sustained organizational pressure. This configuration encompasses the full individual engagement — diagnostic, coaching, and advisory — and extends it to the cabinet level through structured consultation, systems analysis, and strategic planning support.

Includes an in-person leadership retreat designed specifically around the diagnostic findings of the cabinet — not a generic workshop, but a strategically planned intervention calibrated to this team, this institution, and this moment.

Full Cabinet · System Level · 6 Months

The most comprehensive engagement in the SLI suite — designed for institutions where the diagnostic work must extend to every member of the leadership team. Each cabinet member receives individual diagnostic assessment and a personalized Leadership Intelligence Profile. The system-level picture produced from this collective data is unlike anything available from standard organizational assessment tools.

The Full Institutional Engagement produces a team-level intelligence picture that maps the relational dynamics, decision-making patterns, and psychological architecture of the cabinet as a living system — and designs a development pathway accordingly.

Phase I

Individual & System Diagnostic

The engagement opens with a comprehensive diagnostic phase — individual assessment of the president or senior leader, and a parallel system-level diagnostic of the cabinet as an organizational unit. The intelligence gathered here is the foundation on which everything that follows is built.

Phase II

Coaching, Advisory & Cabinet Consultation

Individual coaching and advisory support for the president, engagement sponsor, or other identified cabinet members — running in parallel with structured cabinet consultation sessions designed not as workshops but as facilitated leadership conversations that work at the system level, building the relational and psychological infrastructure the institution needs to act on what the diagnostic revealed.

Phase III

Integration, Retreat & Strategic Forward

The final phase consolidates the intelligence and development of the full engagement into a durable institutional asset. Includes the in-person leadership retreat and the delivery of a comprehensive Summative Leadership Intelligence Report — individual and system-level — that becomes the strategic document the institution returns to.
